Making your appointment:
Online booking will be available to existing clients. You will be given options for all available appointments within the next two weeks. When you book a session you will receive a confirmation with a link to any necessary paperwork.
You will receive your health history, informed consent and symptom attestation forms electronically. Please fill them out and return electronically or print them out and bring them to your session.
Symptom attestation is to be filled out no sooner than two hours prior to your appointment time.
When you arrive:
You will call me from your car and I will take electronic payment (checks/cash preferred and accepted in the suite) and we will do our pre session interview remotely.
Everyone is required to wear a mask into the building and for the entirety of your session.
You will be asked to wash your hands upon arrival.
You will be asked to remove your shoes at the door and you will go straight to my treatment room. Our waiting area is closed.
In the treatment room you will find that I have removed the chair and stripped down my furnishings. All towels, blankets and pillows are now stored in plastic bins.
I will provide you with a clean plastic bin to store your clothes and personal belongings during the session.
After your massage appointment it is expected that you will exit the suite and refrain from lingering in the space to allow for disinfecting protocols.
